Hi,

Currently I'm deciding which CMS to use for one of my project.
I have narrowed it down to 2 which is drupal and joomla.

I just want o get some opinion from u guys.

What you guys think of these platforms in sense of :

1. Rapid deployment
2. SEO Friendliness
3. Ease of module/plug-in development
4. AJAX support
5. Development community support

Thank you in advance

I would say Joomla. It owns in therms of 1, 2, 3, and 5. I don't think there's Ajax support as of now. For SEO, you'll need to get one of the extensions on the joomla site (http://extensions.joomla.org/ )... look under the SEO category. Well, in my experience, anything that i could think of doing, any functionality that i wanted to put in a site, someone in the development community would have already created a module or component for it or something similar, and i'd just have to search, and customise and tweak it. Drupal's development community doesn't seem on par with Joomla's.

You want rapid deployment, that would be joomla. If you want powerful customisability then go for drupal. Personally i would choose drupal as I like customising for my own needs.
