Is that a trick question? IMO both are good, by Malaysian standard that is. Other than the certain restriction (p2p) overall quite good for me.

Technically speaking both have similar standards but in my opinion Jaring has better technical support team.

Jaring is good. Speed and their great service, but they're new to the market in broadband

If you're talking wireless broadband (their SOMA) they aren't really that new.

On the other hand, in terms of customer service and knowledge of their tech personnel..they're leagues ahead of TMnet. I don't know where TMnet plucking their tech support/helpdesk analysts from, Kolej Teknologi Mara dropouts perhaps (the ones that actually graduate from there also not worth 1 rusted cent in terms of knowledge, imagine the dropouts :/ )

Yes I'm bitter.

Used to be a Jaring 56k user and never look back till TMNET Streamyx came in. Overall Jaring have good overall support from customer to technical in efficient and filled with knowledge.

TMNET wise, they trained thier customer service people talking like robots.

"Good afternoon, i am "" and how can i be in service with you?"

"Thank you for waiting, Mr/Mrs/Ms/Mdm "", here is your results / my search."

Hehe.

I've been using Jaring Wireless for about 2 years now and I've been pretty satisfied compared to what's available here in Malaysia.

That being said, for the last several days I have been having serious issues with using bittorrent.

Is Jaring now throttling bt? Is anyone else having these issues?
