The guy took it down already since he was advertising in a separate forum that I was a mod of though I never got an apology but just some really stupid remarks that 'I DIDN'T DO IT' even when I have a huge screenshot to show that he did.

I don't understand the point of this question unless you are trying to get information on how to set up your own VPN service. To me this question seems awfully rude as well, in the way it's phrased though I guess it might be just a language barrier.

This information will only be relevant if we revealed our customer figures as well. So what if you have 1 gbit of bandwidth when you're serving 6000 customers?

Also from my experience, VPN providers have not always been the most honest in revealing their figures as there is NO way to verify how much bandwidth or customers everyone has.

All I can say is that we are still underutilized with our 4 servers operating, each on their own 100 mbit port.

As for 'ISP' we have a local and we have 3 international based in the US.

Just be wary when asking this sort of information as it is seldom that people will be honest about it and will even go to the point of lying to their customers to look good.

Dear Guyz

You can read the original Olabit posting here [ http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?act=ST&f=162&t=500410 ]... why dont you try our service. We have a special trial offer costing for only Rm 5 for 5 days.. if you have any query email to [ support@olabit.net ]

Lets use our VPN download.. Its faster then your normal download rate !!!!

512kb/s = 64kB/s -- (75% -- 48kB+)

1Mb/s = 128kB/s -- (75% -- 96kB+)

1,5Mb/s = 192kB/s -- (75% -- 144kB+)
* our best speed is 140kB+ (73%), but most of the time it is around 134kB+ (70%)

Enjoy

For me, speed is secondary to service, after experienced 3 other vpn services.
Just signed up with bolehvpn and would like to say that when it comes to service, this guy is a real pro.

Comprehensive installation instructions in the email, everything you need to know is there, was up and connected in less than a minute.

Also, extremely fast service.

As long as its stable, I dont really care even if the stream is not the fastest around coz its hard to find such great service

on my 2nd day using http://www.deviousgadgets.com

formerly using DS......where is he now???
love his vpn service...never face any problem until he gone MIA!!
consistently connected everyday until my hand gatal trying to flash my motherboard bios...then all hell break loose.

RMA my board and reformat using Gigabyte motherboard but funny is i cannot get in no matter what how i install the Open VPn software...cannot connect but my expired still not due yet.

Wanted to try Olabit but some communication problem(maybe on my side)...ended up i subscribed to http://www.deviousgadgets.com

The support is top notch...easy to set up!! and can pay by paypal(NZ currency)...while conversion is more than advertise rate but maybe i miss out paying thru maybank mode...

Thumbs up for http://www.deviousgadgets.com!!!!!

Maknok: DS has disappeared with all his customer's money and turns out to be a serial conman. Please refer to the trade dispute forum for the full story. His servers are now all dead (maybe 1 of them alive).

Glad you've found another provider ;D

And just for your info we do take paypal as well biggrin.gif
