There have been reports of those in penang getting the 218.111.*.* range having poor connectivity to all sites which therefore also affects your VPN connection.

This is not a BolehVPN issue but most likely a TM issue and we suggest you reconnect to TM till you get a new IP range.

Hmm. very interesting. Ok what I would like to know is this is mainly for torrents? Can i boost my web-streaming thru this service? I watch my programs online thru streaming but i seem to lag when it comes to our ever failing screamyx. I hope this would be a solution for me.

This is mainly for privacy and p2p.

Streaming applications won't work too well through it though sometimes in times of bad routing, there are some occasions where our HTTP proxy allows access to sites that normally can't be reached via alternate routing. This is not something we can guarantee as international routing is beyond our control.

Only if it doesn't block port 1194 UDP. But our solution is not designed to bypass company firewalls.

It depends how the firewall policy is. In most cases firewall rules is to block incoming connection and allow stateful outgoing, meaning if the connection is initiated by internal pc, then it will allow the incoming connection from that pc. But if the firewall only allows connection to port 80 or 443, then you won't be able to use this vpn because we are using UDP on port 1194.
