u may try using softmod FMCB,
after that, u can use ulaunchelf easy n wit other homebrew.

no need burn CD lah. is just need 2mb or more by ur memory card only.

At first, I thought it was kinda steep but i just noticed u put 2xcontrollers (ori)

nonetheless, just for comparison, i bought a ps2 not too long ago for rm450 at Holiday Plaza.
1 x console (scph-90006CB)
1 x original controller
1 x original memory card 8mb
10 x copy games

an additional ori controller shouldn't make the price go over RM550.
and, those "games" should be free.

maybe the shop already counted the tshirt?

AND do you really need the bag? for travel i assume?

Actually based on my own opinion the price is not that cheap..coz i know that some places the price r much more cheaper, KL for instance..but i've don't have the luxury to wonder around KL or JB as i am currently living in B. Pahat and don't have much time of my own(working til saturday).. the shop is in B. Pahat..

i Need the bag as i'll be travelling around from Johor to perak for my studies..

normally how much is an ori controller? and a MMC 8mb? coz the shop actually offer me 500 for

If it is, then I really don't have any experience with them because the price I got my PS2 was from a shop in JB.

Maybe BP shops sell higher than here in JB.

Whatever it is, I feel RM600 is kinda high la. Even for an extra ori controller + bag. And those games should be free.

just want a memory card with 2mb or 3mb free only.
FMCB is Free Memory Card Boot,
is a softmod using memory card to boot.

normally u DL the FMCB package, inside already include the ulaunchelf.

which brand? most of it can use.

after FMCB, ur PS2 menu will look like tis,

(note: tis is FMCB v1.7, now the latest is v1.8b)

I am here in Malaysia for vacation for a couple of months and was wondering where I can buy games from here and use them on my PS2, which is from Canada. I already bought a game (fifa 08) i think for about 5rm and my PS2 says it can't read it. As you can tell I'm not to knowledgeable about the technical side of the PS2. Any help is appreciated smile.gif .

u need to have a modded console to play rm5 game. and i don't think canada has console that has been modded, aren't they?

As the previous poster said You have to mod your console with a modchip or something to play RM5 games. alternatively, you could also use swap magic (Does our country even have that i wonder).
