it seemed pretty safe to me, but usually i would do a clean reinstallation of windows if i ever wanted to remove the program
it would be much more stable if u do not install the 3rd party programs bundled in VTP

If I'm not mistaken, there is an Uninstall Vista Transformation Pack option in the Vista Transformation Pack Welcome Centre. I'm not sure if it's a link or a button but I remember uninstalling mine through the Welcome Centre.

Guys, dont make yourself so hassle to install everything. Now only 1 Software you need and you has all the like Windows Vista

Windows Vista Transformation Pack 8.01

http://www.windowsxlive.net/index.php?id=16

Everything that you want is available! No more crap using Windows blind or whatsoever

Easier and faster than older version.

dude, read first page, it's mentioned there (albeit it's older version, J-Slade did not update) tongue.gif
although i did not encounter any problem with VTP, yet many people complaint that it is buggy. and some would prefer to customize their desktops individually without using the all-in-one package.

Hi fellas. I don't know if this has already been discussed before but here goes.

The only thing that i really wanted (from vista) to xp is the (believe it or not) sys tray icons laugh.gif after hours of searching finally found this

Vista System Tray Icons

Just boot in safe mode and use the replacer to replace the files (all of the files are located at windows\system32 ).

The result :

The sheild, handphone, buble speech are from =code2 's Mintray icons . I changed it using PS Tray Factory.

Enjoy it. Sorry if its already been discussed previously.

Cheers.
