Nokia Unlock Code rclxms.gif

having problm with ur hp? rclxub.gif
security code?
flashing?
upgrade firmware?

why it's so expensive to do it?

last month..i bought a used hp..
but i forgt 2 check its security code..
i was so mad with the seller..but he said he also bought it without the code..
so..i went 2 a shop..asking if he can solve it..
he said he can do it..with RM50
i said its so expensive..but he said it juz a normal prize..
therefore..i try 2 studied bout unlocking and other relating problems..
then i manage 2 find many web that provide free solution for my prob..
so..i think...why must the service be so expensive?
yes..i agree there are many service that need specific device..and its expensive to do it..
but..if the prob is juz a piece of cake 2 them..y dont give the service at reasonable price? hmm.gif

share ur prob here... icon_rolleyes.gif

my comment:

those phone before bb5 platform, you can easily find unlock code here and there in the internet.

but those made on bb5 platform, unlock code wont work anymore. and it is not easily unlocked too, hence difficulty = costly.

and for your info, rm50 to unlock older model phone is not that expensive too. those unlock software & hardware developer takes a lot of time and effort, to find the solution, to get things work perfectly. the unlock process might be easy, but the making of the process/software is not. hence the price worth for the service. in addition unlocking by contacting the locked service provider itself is not easy too, tedious, and can be costly too.

since you said you google around so much, and did a lot of research, you shud already know the answer..

some phones, instead of programming software alone etc, specific cables is required as well, like service cable instead of typical cable bundled with the phone etc. or some device that used to read and write on the phone file system etc etc.

so what is your prob? tell us and some of us can give advice maybe. what model of phone u want to unlock etc.

unlock BB5 possible but not practical/feasible/available. some said that unlock can be done by changing some hardware in it, but not 100% guarantee successful and applicable to old bb5 phones (e.g. 6630). and another issue with that is, it is very costly. to pay such price just to unlock and old phone, i rather keep the money to buy another phone.

so the best way for locked bb5 phone? dont get it or dont bring back to malaysia, or sell it to other country where the network is available.

and although free unlocking, flashing, customisation service/software is available on the net, they need you a lot of research, preparation, finding, reading, understanding to get it work and involve certain risk of spoiling the phone too. apart of that, most free service is available to older model phone too. for good stuff, easy working software/method, nothing comes free.
