why they have to be complaint thn do their work...?
cant they be SMART? or they just cant be smart =.=

everytime i need to complaint
then the thing gets fixed
do i have to buy a coffee for them and said"hey, ur coffee, oh by the way, slow connection now, fix it k?

horrible connection on my side

usj / subangjaya area

i have difficulty surfing local and international sites
if i switch on my torrent , yes only 1 currently

i cant surf at all and my msger cant connect,send or receive msgs

so whats up?
i thought the line was already repaired?

well, they left only one technician there.. or he isnt a techinician( experienced)
for my guess, he is new person there
when he talked, he is very nervous

Looks like something was happening to the routing table... connection to Europe server was going through jaring, hong kong, then what seemed like a million hops in the usa... connection was down except to tmnet website for nearly half an hour.. incompetents!
