Making them overprize items. SM is not very econ dependant once the tacs has established a foorhold. Unlike orks or csm, Sm has no out-of-thy-box-and-u-die units, making the race as a whole require a lot of planning in advance unlike the I-t3-now-n-u-die way of play. Infiltrated scouts are now considered dated tactic and will get u killed if u research at thw wrong time. So many Chaplain die still can win!?  There is one main reason for SM to go T3 : predators |

It is 3D, the curse in 3d is such that they some what all look the same.
