BTW, I am not sure how mmr-60 is useful? Why u need it? Is use for radio transmition,rite?

yup,sort of like transmitting ur mp3 via FM radio..easy to share

ya,means like by tuning into a certain frequency,u can listen 2 mp3's on ur phone via the FM radio,be it hifi,car stereo,eetc

I use one in my car and I have to say that its quality is disappointing, lots of static. What's the case for MMR-60? Is the quality decent? How much does it costs?
