Well, they said, loli is a noun to a girl below age 12. True? Maybe there is exception, I don't know.

And Moe? According to Wiki, Moe can be define as, Fetish. Or a nouns that describe a girl that is cute or youthful.

Now, can anyone tell me is :
Moe = Loli?
Or,
Loli = Moe?

One said that Loli = Moe, but Moe =/= Loli
Is that correct?

Moe is just a feeling that makes you feel a char very cute/attractive. It sounds very subjective here but these days moe girls are pretty much liked by everyone.

tan pang is quite right, moe isnt loli, but most loli, to a lot of ppl is quite moe. Non loli characters can be moe too, of course.

Moe has wider range of age unlike loli.
