QUOTE(nkymark @ Mar 5 2007, 08:03 AM)
I thnk gethosted only showed us a sample of the Index Rating. Im using V3125 with Vista RC1 and its rating is as follows:
*

nkymark & vpam5221,

nkymark, nice score there. just more convincing to get v3000 series.

You are correct. I just copy and paste from Internet. I hope to rate v3000 series notebook from WEI. What I'm using right now is just pure 1.0 due to the GMA900. I planning to upgrade my notebook to V3xxx from AMD Turion to Intel C2D. I just want to have a better value + performance.

Or someone has this research which model is best for money & performance.

Come on, share your WEI score here.

im not sure this could help. but 1 thing i realise is the ram i bought is pc2-5300 CL5. or else mayb u need to upgrade nb bios or goto AMD web site install any tool that related to cpu.

below are my ram detail. see any similarity?
Attached Image Attached Image

Here are some test i done today after i bought 1G ram today
Attached Image Attached Image

My exp index for graphic still not impresive. Is there any way to pull the graphic card memory. currently i only had 42Mb
Attached Image

Then suddenly i had a crazy idea. Why dont put 1G ram in module 1 and 512 in 2nd module. hehehe

Normally Dual-Channel are enabled automatically when you put in 2 identical capacity and speed RAM sticks. If not, you will have to check your BIOS setting. tongue.gif

I think I going to get a V3222; should I get it now or wait for April PC Fair? And, should I directly ask for 2GB RAM upgrade rather than upgrade it manually myself? (will it void the warranty?)
