ur laptop model r the same as me, but i'm running on win XP, so far i no any driver problem, when i brought this laptop, that guy gv all the xp driver in a disc to me icon_rolleyes.gif

running vista on this model r not recommend, coz it can only upgrade to a maximum of 2GB RAM, and vista require a minimum of 2GB RAM, so ply games will be very lag....

It's FreeDOS. There's nothing much u can do by the way, instead of playing the command lines. Install Windows XP/Vista then. Ask your friends who know smile.gif

Hi All,

Just bought V3751AU.
tried playing it a little with WinXP, so far so good. No problem with installation or driver issues rclxm9.gif . (Only problem is the HP QuickLaunch, it works but it doesn't show any visual indicator on my screen when adjusting my volume hmm.gif ) Even my wi-fi works perfectly.
Haven't test my webcam and microphone yet. (Hope it will go smoothly blush.gif ).

Later I'm gonna go another step forward and try dual booting with Vista brows.gif

If everything goes smoothly, I'll update. tongue.gif

*A side note : wooooootttt~~~ i just love the feel and design

It because of the version Quick lunch button that u install.. but i think its better with ur current version.. because if im not wrong.. It using C++ language to show the volume indicator which make u need install extra application in order to run it.. and when the volume bar show.. the program(full window) will minimize.. it really troublesome

digswell,

RM2199 +RM199(3yrs warranty).
Extra RM150 from the recent PC fair price. cry.gif When PC fair, no budget yet........

But the seller says it is going up very soon because now this model in Penang very limited(lots of places need to wait 1-2weeks).

Orh,..well my WinXP is a success.. so I not planning to 'act clever and corrupt it'. Now Finalising Vista, so far so good. thumbup.gif
