as the core (AMD = Taylor) we using now is 90w, unlike the core2duo which use 65w, and its pretty depends on what application you use la, if you just surf net, sure can surf more than 2 and half hours, else if you play on music, also, you know what, sure it consume slightly more power biggrin.gif if still think that not enough battery life, change to a better cells 1 drool.gif

i'm not reccomend for refurbish batt...
according to wat i know... refurbish wear level is terrible also.. and the price is not cheap also... (sumtime it's can half price or more of original battery)

if can try use a original battery, anyway just my 2 cent...

turion x2 65nm is scheduled for may. about the same time with santa rosa.
but still at 31-35w tdp.
i guess they going for power instead of battery.

do you think both would get implemented by early July?
cause planning to get one by that time.

do you think i can get a RM2299 with the new chips? sweat.gif

i found something interesting with the latest version BIOS update
recently i just update my BIOS to the latest version
and i notice that my lappy operating at a higher temperature than b4
i keep observing these phenomenon for few days
i conclude that it might due to the BIOS update
so i try to install back the previous version (luckily i still keep it)
and guess what?
the temperature eventually fall back at level same as b4
drool.gif drool.gif

so i suggest not to update to the latest BIOS if u want ur lappy cooler
this is just what i've observed
cheers
