does compaq give international warranty by default or is it depends on retailer?
and if its some outback town you can send via mail? to the nearest service center?

I went PC fair and scout...
sad to say a lot of model discontinued d...
a bit dissapointment... and the salesman keep recommending me low end lappy...
as if they r desperate to clear stock as well ... shakehead.gif
he challenge me go find tat model...if can find he tabik (Compaq V3204TU)...
even john_jay also manage to hav stock though hav to wait...
really dissapointed wif tat fella's attitude..

The PC Fair is giving out targus backpack same as www.hp.com.my/store.

Some models are discontinued even the one i bought a few days ago 3203AU is already out.

No additional discount other than free lucky draw...

Keypoint Computers is selling HP Pavilion Dv6000 + DV2000 from US with big discounts.

The models are different from the ones sold locally...

just got my V3314TU
pretty satisfied with it..
my initial order was the V3222AU, but something went wrong and there is this better offer that comes with the targus back pack. So i just change the order to this. After credit verification, notebook arrived in the same week itself...
I think this is worth every buck paid, e.g. design, specs and the backpack !

Slotted an additional 1GB ram.. to make it 1.5GB..
Have to say Vista HB kinda sucked.. but will just stick to it..
The screen looked cramped ? Eyes sorta got sore .. any suggestions ?
