QUOTE(onscreen @ Jan 5 2007, 01:41 PM)
Thailand isnt a poorer country but they have alot of remote areas. If you want to say poor, Malaysia is poorer.

http://countrydata.u.nu/stats-gdp_per_capi...ta&descending=1

Malaysia GDP per capita in US$ = 10354
Thailand GDP per capita in US$ = 8503

That's a big difference (almost as large as the difference between Saudi Arabia and Malaysia).

Everyone knows Thailand is a poorer country (though it may be a more productive country - Malaysia's wealth is largely due to oil revenue from Borneo, not from actually producing or doing anything).

actually Malaysia (or Borneo I should say) has very little oil source.... only natural gas which is a lot.

This is nothing new, it's been in the market few months back.
No point to subscribe even if they give 10Mbps and block all P2P.
*

wow i would love to have a 10mbps connection even if the p2p is blocked.
there are many other things we can do with high speed connection other than p2ping.

I rather to have good speed than bandwidth. Give me 56kbps I also happy if the latency was good.

Yeah righttt!! 2MB.. in our dreamssss... Other countries already 20Mpbs. Another extra 1 MB wont make a differences if TMNET dont fixed the Taiwan and the BT trottling problem.

Australia already 20Mbps at AUS$100 per month (RM270). In here, it is 400 ringgit for 1.5 Mbps for coperate.
