can some1 tell me wat convertor can convert mkv format to avi without losing the sub(including the font size n type)?

Guys,

I need your urgent help on this.

Currently i am having a IVR/Telephony system(remote site) which only recognize .VOX file format while my local PBX telephone recording output is .WAV

Any freeware to help me to convert the files from WAV into VOX? Preferable VOX 4bits/6Khz output.

Hi guys, request help please. I'm currently using Allok AVI to DVD software, then I use DVDStyler to create menu for the DVD. I follow the step-by-step in the DVDStyler software contents, but when making the .iso file, i always end up with this error:

can someone please explain to me what is the problem?
