All is not lost, there are three other VPN services you can try:

BolehVPN (mine)
DSVPN (now IdealVPN)
XLCore

All threads are easy to find happy.gif but just to let you guys know there are other providers and you are welcome to switch to any of us. We each have our own advantages so feel free to pick and choose!

That is too bad, it's becoming a cutthroat business it seems..

Here's the amount to refund,

RM24 x 6 months = RM144
(CNY promo 50%) = 72 (RM12 a month)


RM72 for (Paid CNY pack 9 days before end of 1st month sub
= 9 days + 6 months)

Total Used April 5 - April 25
= 21 days less 9 days carried forward
= 12 days

12/30 x RM12 = RM4.8


= RM 72 - RM 5
= RM 67.

Is that correct? I need to pay DS RM30 asap to get the connection back.

Is there a dispute thread?

I sent email to duock_87@yahoo.com and duock@wiredmy.com but he did not refund me the money yet.

The last reply was April 27.

I sent mail on April 27th, 29th, 30th and May 6th but has yet to get any refund. Did anyone here get their refund?

And running away cause u can't meet your commitments does count as a scam too. This is not Strike 3 but rather Strike 4 or 5.
