suprising it show complete scanning after 3 hours.

muz b somthing wrong with the count bar.

I've just installed ESET Smart Security on my laptop while I'm using KIS 2009 on my CPU.

One big difference of KIS and ESS is that ESS has a much simpler interface, they have less words, big fonts and simple to understand settings.

While KIS on the other hand, is a little more complex.

According to Virus Bulletin, ESET has a better track record than Kaspersky, which is very impressive considering how simple it is yet it is able to detect many malwares.

While ESET seems perfect, it comes with a bigger price tag. So KIS still remains as the best in terms of money to efficiency ratio.

if u install KIS, then the KAV is include inside edi. cause KAV only provide essential protection. where as for KIS, it provide complete protection.

It may appear *hang* when Kaspersky try to extract files from an archive, especially big archive files. My Kaspersky used up to 100% CPU utilization when scanning files with embedded contents in them...

i have some ques here..jz activate KIS8 1 yr at my laptop..but my laptop slowdown..n my sound system missing..some hardware also missing..block many program..dun noe wut to do..

then i format my laptop..n feel like dun want to use KIS8 again,want to change to KAV8..can i use the KIS8 activation code to activate KIS8 at another computer coz still got 300 plus2 day lagi??

hii..i having a little bit problem with my kapersky. as u can see i cant update my database.there is no progress bar moving at all.for ur information my period time still valid and i check my window firewall were approve. i click update database but nothing happen. my number 2 promblem is yesterday i pause kaspersky protection,after i start protection there are msg apear below my screen said that nat all component are enable.then i click the "enable component"(below msg) but still nothing happen..anyone can healp me??

i just uninstall kaspersky from my sister's laptop, but this file still there.. and i delete it manually, but cant..

hello, guyz.

i've being using Kaspersky internet security for the pass 2 years.
and so far, it doesn't give me any problem.

however, some of my friends say it consume a bit more resources then bitdefender total security.
anyone here tried both?

my license is going to expire to one week time.
i need to make a decision to buy KIS or BTS.
can give a bit review for me?

Can't view the picture. I think that you should use the latest version of Kaspersky if your using older. If not then please reinstall.

say, why don't you try out BitDefender's 30-day trial before you make up your mind. Testing it on your own is always better than just listening rite?
