YO guys.. I'm using KIS 2009 but the problem is whenever the program is running I can't get internet connection. But if I disable the program I can get connection. Any ideas guys ??

maybe KIS firewall setting/configuration went wrong, block some port, try configure it...

i am assuming u are using windows XP sp2/3 whatever service pack

go to your control panel, check for microsoft one live family care or something

remove that and then restart your computer...
settle problem

if still got problem, let me know and i will see what i can do for you
