Hmm.. Confused.. What version should I get? cFosSpeed or cFos Broadband Connect or both? rclxub.gif Using Streamyx (thus, PPPoE) and connected via wireless router.

You use a router to access the Internet?

Yes
cFosSpeed

No
Your Internet connection uses PPPoE (e.g. DSL)?

No
cFosSpeed

Kinda contradictory :-\

Just get cFosSpeed. What you are after is 'traffic shaping' and cFosSpeed can handle it well.

after install cFosSpeed my mIRC can't connect at all.same goes with my Soulseek.

to fix this:

1. right click on the cFosSpeed floating windows
2. from pull down menu, go to Options > Settings
3. add new program, for me I manually add mIRC and Soulseek program on filesharing categories
4. set the priority.

Done.

Alright this is really annoying. I want to uninstall CFosSpeed but the problem is... it is not able to uninstall it. It just wait at the "Uninstalling Driver" part. I've already let it wait for 12 hours and still at the same place.

The worst part is i can't even system restore my computer for dunno what god forsaken reason.

Here is your answer from one of the guys above:

I'm still using cFosSpeed after these 2 years.. mainly to let my browser work well while torrenting. And also after this I might go into VoIP while torrenting too...

So far the latest version v.4.24.1420 seems to work like a charm icon_rolleyes.gif

Carry on the word guys and please do buy original. It doesn't cost that much for a lifetime license. Remember, its lifetime... no annual subscription.

*edit*

Oh btw, sorry I didn't update the 1st page, the price for cFosSpeed naik harga already. I think its 11 euros now rclxub.gif
