anyone notice that from November, TMnet bill will show the amount of your data usage
(download, upload ). what's the purpose of TM doing this ? Attached thumbnail(s)

I just check my bill again and there is no such line stating the amount of data usage. in fact, the bill you posted look very different from my bill. what exactly is going on?

last month 2 days late ( because TM not yet doing the payment adjustment for november, 6 days disconnection, I am calculative to TM with every cent I spend ).

mayb ur the one who they identify as the bandwidth hogger
 so they show ur usage btw before the t-device install at my area i think my monthly dl usage should be around 5 gig per day also  |

Hmm. Want to share an estimate (since you blacked it out) of your usage? Might give a clearer picture of why you seem to be getting the "usage meter". But I believe it's something that they plan to implement.
