hi guys. i need some recommendations

currently im using surface pro 1.

what I like

1) good performance cpu and ssd
2) light and small
3) very good looking screen

what I don't like

1) weak speakers
2) only 4GB RAM. I need at least 16GB for my work
3) 128GB SSD is not enough. I play plenty windows98
4) lousy battery life

what I'm looking for

1) better battery life. at least 5 hours of fullhd video playback
2) 16GB RAM
3) 256GB SSD (or SSD + HDD)
4) detachable keyboard or convertible
5) ips full hd at least
6) usb-c would be nice, but not a must
7) better cpu than surface pro 1 (which is i5)
8) louder speakers
9) touch screen

wish to keep price as low as possible. any recommendations greatly appreciated. the later surface pros are quite pricey for the 16GB configuration.

AFAIK the only convertible with 16GB of RAM is the SP4. Others like the HP Envy 13 and Dell XPS 13 usually max out at 8GB. The top spec Envy 13 costs about RM4100 and fits the bill [except that it comes with 8GB of RAM]
