Even Energy, Water and Communications Minister Datuk Seri Dr Lim Keng Yaik has repeatedly voiced his dissatisfaction with broadband services in Malaysia.

In October, Dr Lim said the Government does not want broadband service providers to shortchange the public.

"If you (service providers) tell the people that you can deliver one megabit per second (Mbps) speed but provide only 128Kbps speed all the time, then you are leading the public astray.

"The pricing should be based on what is delivered and not the best effort by the service providers," he said.

Nolah..they will just say wait for the Nebula Interstellar Aliens to transfer new technology so that they can give 1 Mbit speed that they promised....in maybe 2046.

we should get like 10mpbs for the price we are paying now... actually...

why bother writing to the star's blog when it won't be printed in the newspaper? this letter will only affect tmnut if it's printed in the newspaper because not many people will know about this blog and also not everyone in malaysia have internet access to read his blog.

i think for rm66, it should be 3Mbps only (if im CEO la )

use my screwmyx email account to email them

i ask about the error 678 for 3 days in a row last time
and they reply in summary: it is maybe due to network congestion in my area
wtf?? my area got network congestion when all the Malay balik kampung??
they really going to cheat all of the customer!!!

now really regret to get streamyx
but other broadband ISP didnt cover my area...

Good thing about this Newspaper is that they tend to be fair ( less berat sebelah) than other newspapers~
