RESERVATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

All puppies are sold on the first come first serve basis.

A non-refundable deposit is required for reservation of the puppy:

i) RM 200 for puppy with the price below RM 2000

ii) RM 500 for puppy with the price above RM 2000

We will reserve the puppy for a period of 1 week upon the date of the deposit placed or once the puppies are ready to go to new homes.

Puppies that are not collected within that one week will be resold and deposit will be forfeited.

Buyer will have to inform the seller if he/she is not able to collect the puppy within the specific week or if he/she would like to defer the pick up date of the puppy. Full payment of the puppy would be required before we proceed with the extended staying (boarding) of the puppy. A boarding charges of RM 10 per day(small breed) / RM 12 per day (medium breed) / RM 15 (large breed) would be applied.

If for any reason we feel the puppy of your choice is not going to be available, we will refund your deposit. (Medical reasons, etc)

Without the deposit, we won't reserve the puppy for buyer because the deposit act as the confirmation of the purchase.

HEALTH GUARANTEE

The puppy sold comes with a health guarantee whereby buyer can bring the puppy to a licensed vet for a health check up. This is to ensure that the puppy was in a healthy condition when the buyer took him/her from me. If the puppy does not show a clean bill of health, buyer can request the vet to write a letter regarding the issue and bring back the puppy to me for a refund/exchange.

btw, x-free, baby hedgie aged between 2-4 months is consider still young and u can tame it by urself.. if u buy those in adulthood, they r already big in da sense of size and hard to get use to u

Well, the spikes are called quills..And they do not cause any pain if handled in a correct way.

That's call quills. When they are familiar with you or they dont feel u as a threat. Then they will lower down their quills & let you touch even handle. But if they feel you as threat, their quills are up. So handling will a bit difficult. But it seem ok with me handling them when quills up. Just a bit spiky.
