I installed garmin on my P535...sometime when i turn on garmin and use...after i close the garmin..i found my time had been run...no correct time..and i need to change it back to correct time everytime after i used garmin...any ppl also same with me? how to solve this 'bug'?

Have you try checking your time zone. When you are using GPS, it always correcting your PDA time. Perhaps your PDA time zone was not Malaysia time zone.

Hi guys,

I just own a Diamond 2 and using Garmin as the application for GPS .. The problem is, how to show the distance between current location to the target destination? .. the current settings is showing estimate time arrival .. .. I already look in the settings but did not manage to find .. ..

Why on earth Mapking 2007 didnt update their freaking map anymore?? I am using GPS Bay 3033 and there is a lot of outdate map! Duke and Lekas is obvouisly not in Mapking 2007. Have they gone bankrup?

Why u need the outdated mapking maps when malsingmaps having the latest as at 18/7/09?

hi,im newbie here,may i know where can i get the full instruction to use the Garmin? i really dont know how to use it to search address(im using HTC touch cruise 2nd hand)

step : Gamin mobile Xt --> i agree -->where to --> addresses --> spell state (any state i fill in also appear NOT FOUND)

if find the place of interest not a problem at all, but if i need to some where with a full adress with street, what should i do?

which map are u using? if malfree malsing map, dun put in house number, and search by POI. but not all roads are listed in the POI, so what i do is search for a road nearby, then browse the map and click and set the destination. easy.

Anyone ever heard of Marshal GPS?

Going to purchase one but dunno the company background..

Just like bro baronic reply, better go for well known device like Garmin or Mapking. Easy to get help from other user...

For me when come to road navigation, the map itself was more important than GPS device. No matter how expensive your device priced or function but if you don't have details of road map or you can't find way to update the map. Better don't buy it...

hi im thinking to get a Garmin Nuvi 205 or 255w
1)im not sure about these 2 which i wan to buy, 205 is around rm500 and 255w is around rm800.(which is better for a newbie user?
2)is garmin nuvi the best product in GPS?bcoz i see some other brand they selling same function as 255w but the price is lower than rm500, why?
3)i heard that it can save the place that u been b4 to let u even ez to find ur location? is it? and how many location that i can save?
4)for a totaly noob in remember road's junction function is it a good choice for me?or 205 is enuff?(205 is without the junction function and highway function)
