how many months did you owe them?

i think for me as long as i leave the router on 24 hrs, i can online forever without worry about account suspension. tongue.gif

ok..as far as streamyx bill...u can delay the bill...at least till 4 month....on the fifth they will suspend u....
once the bill is over 300 they will notice it...if u wan teach em lesson..u can just pay ur bill late...but make sure not when it reach over 400...if not they will suspend u and to reactivate u need to pay +-70% amount...

...and if u under the subscription term....well....as sum other forumer said..they might can sue u...

You do know that you are playing against a big company here and it's also apart of the government, so i hope you re-think your plan and don't get others and yourself into trouble.

TS, I feel you coz we're in the same boat. I suggest you to go and pay your bill at TMpoint and then burn the place down. Also, burn the nearest Kedai Telekom. But pls tell the staff to get out from office first. I'll read your story in tomorrow newspaper.

j/k.

i always pay my tmnet + telekom bill on a 2 months interval.. seem to look fine, never cut me before.. just don't get over 2 months.. as for not paying.. they will just banned u and then continue to charge u until u willing to pay them again.. not a good idea..

sad isnt it...
we really need some real private ISP, someone who is NOTHING like our government

These ppl take the easiest, most cynical way out. Dont have enough bandwidth and yet want to introduce faster package, then resort to their lame p2p throttling that actually is as good as disabling p2p completely. And keep using the same lame excuse to cover up all their flaw, best effort speed. yeah, 5kbps, best they can do... just like their mental capacity

still I will pay my bill on time.
even thouth streamyx is really BAD.
but, I think we must pay the bill because we really use it. Of coarse, I will not pay for those "disconnected " or "speed slow down" period. I only pay for what I use.
NO MORE and NO LESS.

However, I not satisfy with the adjustment at most time. TM can't show me a standard bill adjustment statement .

what TM charge for speed slow down period is 70% of the normal bill. I think this is a too general calculation.

Go downgrade to the lowest pakage possible first. Even you lost the "battle" won't end up paying so much. But if not wrong RM99 pakage can only downgrade to RM77.
