Wow, you have most of the items I wanted. Great !!! So, are they ready stocks or do I need to order. Yeah, the Soprano casing, is it the latest one with VX, the new 2006 casing from Thermaltake. Just hope that you're referring to that one.

The 750W Toughpower, is it the one with cable management? Yeah, do help check whether your supplier has Soprano VX (the new casing). It's hard to buy Thermaltake products in Malaysia. I'm currently using Thermaltake PSU, very reliable and it's in glossy black too, matches my casing very well. Anyway, do let me know.

I bought the Forsa and Coolbits worked. It's a bit hot though, so be warned. Managed to get 630/2000 with the default heatsink.

The reason ppl go to GTX coz the difference is not much and you can't enable the lost ROPs, shaders via soft nor hard mod. SO, the GTX is always much faster at the same clock speeds.

Silence,
BTW, can you check 1kW PSU how much and what's the specs that you can offer. I'm considering upping to SLI the 8800gtx.

QUOTE(sunauto @ Nov 19 2006, 09:29 AM)
I used to buy from your outlet in BJ but since you have another outlet in 1-Stop, it's worth checking out as I'm staying in Pulau Tikus. I was surprised to see your new shop in 1-Stop, good choice as I always go there everyday. Hahaha. I understand what you mean, it takes time to arrange the things on display in your new shop but from a far, your shop is the most striking one among your neighbours.  tongue.gif

Actually, I'm interested to buy 8800GTS or maybe 8800GTX but from what I know, Coolbits can't support 8800 series for overclocking purposes, NVIDIA has disabled it due to the overheating problems for their 7900 series whereby most NVIDIA partners overclocked their cards too high and caused them to fail prematurely.  They mentioned about using NVIDIA nTune v5.5 software to overclock the 8800 series and latest AMD mobos. Is that software included in Forsa's installation cd? Mind checking out for me? I couldn't seem to be able to find it from the net or NVIDIA's own site. Bummer ........ cry.gif I just wanna overclock a bit mah, not to show off my rig is the fastest.

By the way, will you guys bring in Thermaltake Soprano VX casing? I like to buy that casing but seems like nobody has them in Malaysia. Lastly, I also like wanna buy Thermaltake Ruby Orb CPU cooler for Intel C2D. Any luck in getting them in the near future?  icon_question.gif

Hi Bro,

How did you get Coolbits to work with NVIDIA 8800 series because I have tried on my cousin's XFX 8800GTS, it doesn't work and it needs nTune and worst of all, we don't have the software, I have installed Coolbits but it doesn't work, it doesn't allow any overclocking for the 8800 series.

You can read the article below saying that Coolbits doesn't work anymore and nTune is needed, just dunno whether it comes standard with Forsa's installation cd or not. Silence if you can scan the contents of the installation cd, that will be good if it's not too much trouble

Article on 8800 GTS

Well, you need nTune installed before hand. You could get nTune from nvidia.com but then again, I am running on an nForce4 SLI mobo. It will not work if you are running on 965P mobo as the tool will detect the chipset before installing.

What mobo are you using?

My cousin is using 965P mobo, from Gigabyte, I think it's the DS4 one with solid capacitors. nTune won't work on this mobo, right? If yes, that's too bad. doh.gif

My cousin in an Intel fan whereas I'm an AMD supporter but we both support NVIDIA. thumbup.gif But if nTune only works with nForce mobos only, then I guess all 965P owners will be very sad. cry.gif

Anyway, you're using nTune 5.0.5, izzit? Thanks for the tips and Silence, sorry for hijacking your thread here. notworthy.gif

Patience, it's coming. rclxms.gif

However, it's best to wait for it to come out first because NVIDIA is more an AMD partner than an Intel one. Just my opinion. However, Intel C2D is a great processor, even without SLI, it defeats most of the high end AMD X2 rigs in the market. Intel E6600 is highly overcloackable up to 3.4GHZ. Of course, I won't be tempted to use Intel C2D at the moment, I'll wait for AMD K8L processors. I have faith in AMD. icon_rolleyes.gif
