DISCLAIMER: These are my observations. I could be wrong. I know the game well and these are the main changes I could tell from a quick run through. I do not have damage values. Please don't come back and say "you noob, you were wrong!" I'm doing this fairly quick so people who don't have the game can get a feel for it.



[[General Changes]]

-Turrets can be built ANYWHERE! Waaaagggh banners cannot. (bug? error? I don't know.)
-Music changes on the main screen depending up the race you pick. Music from all three games is used.



[[Eldar Changes]]

-Guardians have a new pose in the army painter.
-You can build soul shrine right off the bat 0.01 into the game.
-Relocation is 100/100.
-Healing station is 50/25.
-Cloak is 100/100.
-Fire dragons possible at 1 minute 50 seconds.
-Eldritch storm 150/50.
-Farseer vet upgraded 100/25.
-Fortune 100/50.
-Support portal possible at 2:00 flat.
-Falcons are 3 cap.
-Holofield upgrade is 75/125.
-Harlies possible in 2:00 flat.
-Vyper is 2 pop.
-Wraith is 3 pop.
-Harlies own heros. Dance of death is a hyper mode where she moves around hitting lots of units. Their Insta death spell doesn't work against heros.
-Harlies are random in apperance.
-3 squads of warp spiders allowed.
-Prisms are 5 cap

[[Chaos Changes]]

-Build armor and rax at the same time.
-CL is 220/50 is that more energy? (not sure)
-CL doesn't sound evil at all. Fraiser crane?
-Purge the weak has a new icon.
-Tainted auspex is a ability where you drop a stealth detector. It's 15 power with a recharge. Only one at a time?
-ACs raptors have a new icon.
-You can go straight to the Machine pit. (as promised)
-Slowing poison seems to be gone! or random? at times it seems to work but breaks very fast, at other times it doesn't seem present. CL seems to attack faster
-Start with a vehicle cap of 3
-Defiler is 3 cap.
-Defiler has 3300 health.
-CSM are cloaked once the ability is researched and have plasma and heavy bolters - as with marines it says less accurate while standing still.
-Prince is sweet, eats buildings like candy.
-Oblits seem to change fire according to enemy type - las for buildings, auto for troops. the autocanon seems to really rape troops. when you move and attack you get the autocanon and it does crap for building damage. Standing still las damage is good vs buildings.
-Osm are 3 cap.
-Possible to tech to T2 very quickly give or take since you can build rax and armor at the same time with forced labor.
-DP is 400/400 cost.
-PSM one squad allowed
-Oblits one squad allowed

[[Space Marine Changes]]


-Can build armor and rax at the same time.
-Only one whirlwind allowed.
-Terms are limited to one squad per type (i know the fanbois are crying now).
-Vehicle cap is 0/0, you have to upgrade to make any vehicles.
-Plasma less accurate while stationary. Tool tip states that plasma is less accurate while standing still. suggesting that it's meant to be used on the move.
-Weaken resolve is in t2 now for the lib.
-WOTE is T3.
-Sniper research is 75/35. Snipers can use rifle while cloaked and they seem to be a bit faster.
-Sniper rifles are 40/20.
-Furious charge for GK are in the armory.
-Both term types are 3 cap.
-Powerfist tool tip says it upgrades the FCs sword damage.
-Both dread types are 3 cap.
-Rhinos are still free pop. 3 allowed
-Dread las canon seems to fire more offten on hold ground stance. not sure about that though. (t3)



[[Orky Changes]]

-Sluggas/shootas/stormboys 4 waaagh.
-Flash gitz are 6 waaagh 210/30. 7 units per squad.
-Tankbustas are 3 waaagh and have stealth
-Nobs are 10 waaaaaagh
-More Sluggas is an upgrade that makes sluggas free. 200/0. Requires orky fort.
-4 banners to get the machine shop.
-6 banners = 75 waaagh = orky fort
-KK are 190/300 and 4 waaagh
-looted lemans are 5 pop.
-looted lemans artillery is stronger from what I can tell.
-The squig seems to move better and putting him on ranged/stand ground is very effective
