your minidump file does not captured your latest crash.
It should not be a BSOD case.

Try look at your Event Viewer for errors that cause you unable to shut down. That should have something to do with the services running in your system.

Thanks...already looked at Event Viewer, but nothing suspicious...& if i'm not mistaken, it happen after i add new 1 Gb RAM (PC 3200 400Mhz), my old RAM is 2 X 512 Mb (PC 2700)...i already take out that RAM but the problem still happens...& most of the time when it autorestart, my processor (AMD Barton 2500), it clock changes from 166 Mhz to 100 Mhz...which downgrade my processor's speed from 1.8 Ghz (166 X 11) to 1.1 Ghz (100 X 11)...any idea? Thanks in advance...

I faced this weird problems, my computer keep restarting whenever i connected to the internet or i on my router/modem.

When i off my router/modem, my computers work well and won`t restart but once i turn on my router /modem, its keep restart zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Any 1 faced this kind of problems b4 and anyone can help?

Already scanned , no virus/spyware detected and used sdfix but still facing this kind of weird issue

Ya tried with another modem and without using router aslo make my computers restart ! but it happend whenever make a connection to internet


Added on November 21, 2008, 11:15 pmi Had tried to stop the restarting and i get blue screen, this is the technical information i got from the blue screen:
