If it's not the hard disc, check your graphic card/other hardware (maybe better disconnect all hardware connection before installing windows).. If it's not the graphic card/other hardware, then it's definitely the motherboard...

this is my minidump file.

any help is appreciated.

i tried to bring my PC back to where i bought and ask for check up, and they keep replied me with "maybe is your software corrupted, pls go back and try again"

i've tried to reformat into xp and vista, but the BSoD still happens from time to time. i oso helped my fren to install vista on his pc, and his PC has no BSoD or any problem at all. i think this proves that nothing is wrong with my software.

No, you don't need to reformat your pc after changing mobo, just make sure you uninstalled all previous mobo drivers and install all the new mobo drivers.
About the BSOD, visit gigabyte website and download the latest driver for your mobo.
Hope this help biggrin.gif

hi.
need some help here.
when i restart my laptop, it turn off and when it start back again, nothing shows up. only blank screen. or in other words, it stuck before the bios shows up. i hav to press the power button until it went off,and press it again to turn on normally. this always happen when i click start->shutdown->restart

why's that? i heard that it has sumting to do with driver compatibility issue.

btw,im using windows xp pro sp3.
