Don't ever buy Phone from Comsat, they will wan u to keep going back until u giv up...they won't say cannot repair, but once repair, one month, after one month, take the phone, another problem...beware of COMSAT...

you sure ah? your personal experience? how many cases have you come across?

i heard that there are many COMSAT branches in Klang valley. one in lowyat, one in cheras, one is cheras-ampang area. but you can only go back to the branch that you purchase the handphone from, eg if u buy from COMSAT lowyat, you can only go back to COMSAT lowyat for repair. true ah?


my previous SE phone was from bbs. last time my phone has prob rebooting itself, send it there and fix it within few days. pretty good support, though not superb la.

Hi, would like to advice all that don't buy your handset from this dealer, COSMOS, warranty by Gelant Distributors in LowYat Plaza, 1-58, 1st Floor! I went to the dealer twice to demand for the replacement of my S500i cracked keypad (1st wth 1 crack when it was only less than 2 weeks in use and 2nd with half of the keypad crack in less than 3 months use) and they refused to do it by saying that keypad cracks is not covered by their 'warranty'!! Even though it was openly known that the problem was caused by sony and yet they dare to accuse me of PRESSING TOO HARD on the keypad! I bought an AP set from them, so i have no other revenue than going back to them for repairs but their service guy was so rude to me! He even said that if I'm not happy with that I could lodge a complaint with Sony, really not helpful at all! But sony won't entertain any of my grouses since my hand set is just an AP! This was my 1st time buying an AP and this happened ..............
