which type of service desk.. supporting custemer or server?
like me 3-4 years exp.. 2 years direct onsite server support, than move to remote server suport, i get offer 3.3k for service desk - call support. dunno is it ok or not.. i reject. question should ask when they offer.. what type of support custemer or server? i am not into cust support.. |

New managers seem to be much better than the existing. Service desk members should be happy. Higher mgmt looks serious in solving displine issues.

Is service desk engineer same with 1st level helpdesk support?
any benefits offered like bonus , increment maybe... how bout the working environment should we apply for this job if my current job is 1st level helpdesk support? |
