then i think you can try to uninstall it fully and reinstall first
after use the "remove software" in control panel, go to delete all the content in BitComet folder
then reinstall back

try the version 0.70 or 0.80 first...

and next time please dun use bold word to reply

I just heard the news about the earthquake in Taiwan which affected the international link for most part of Asia so i'm wondering does it affected most of our BT download???

Does anyone has problem with the version 0.79,0.80 and 0.81 like what I described?

1)Problem connecting to tracker = tracker connection error : 3
2)Unable to ban peers

when you ask about v0.81
i go to check at the official site and really the v0.81 is released..

1.) some tracker cant be connect only
thats why must open DHT network
2.) that problem start after v0.70
and really dunno why cant ban peer...

Well its nice to finally see developers reduce the resources usage but does this latest version can be as stable as v0.70 and the overall download speed is as good as v0.70? whistling.gif

havent test yet
coz cant connect to tracker maybe due to the international link down

will try any Malaysia tracker file to download later...

my speed is not affected at all since i dun receive anything from remote connection..but last night after so long receive good speed from remote but only for few hours

in this condition still can get good speed??
how if you start a new torrent task??

i also juz can get good speed when continue torrent task
but after want to hash check and upload again
or start another new task
it wont run...

no matter what version also useless...
maybe need to wait till the undersea cable fixed

ya man..the task has run b4 the earthquake..

jus started new task..20 to 30kb from remote..n bit by bit from local make it 50kb++ blink.gif

the quake has upped my speed unsure.gif

now the task running
the speed is around 25-40 kBps
and it is fine with me
but the mem used will go to 19,000k when connected 30+ peer
i think the 3000+k is only when no peer connected cry.gif
but it aledi ok becoz it will go to 40,000+ last time icon_rolleyes.gif
