I have no idea what's the point i put the URL there , Even when it comes out in Web Browser , We cant see the URL Adress , please guide me thanks.

A blockquote is when you quote a portion of text from another source. The "cite" attribute tells where you took the text from. It is not really so much for you to see on the web browser, but to give some meaning to the document or so you can generate a list of references from the page.
