how to add sumting to the layer??

or javascript embed in it

i wanna add scroller within layout layer or div tag
wat different layout layer and div tag??

From: Somewhere in middle earth
1. Use <img> to add picture inside the container.
2. Add overflow:auto or overflow:scroll inside style to automtically add scrollbar inside container.
3. use document.getElementById to refer to the container using javascript
