Call the 1-300, give Report #, ask them to proceed to Level 2 or talk to supervisor saying port problem or reset your account (name & password).

Tried that, will not work all the time. Best is to read more & learn more, do necessary self check to ensure not the modem problem b4 call TM.

Try Resetting the modem to manufacturer's default and try reconnecting, it worked for me before.

I was having the same problem for one month, tried everything possible but it doesnt work. I bought new router, but still not solving any problem. I am using Aztech 600e adsl modem and prolink wgr1004 wireless router. Tried the whole day for 3 consecutives day, but nothing changed. Until I upgrade the firmware of Aztech 600e from Ver 62.4.4 to 62.4.4.a. I download it from www.aztech.com. After uprade the firmware, without doing any setting in my pc. The connection automatically connected without any problem. So, the conclusion if you have connection to the internet, try check the hardware first before doing anything else. Most of the time, the compatibility of the hardware is the main issue.
