you need to be at least top 15% in ur school to be accepted. this is not local uni where B class bumis get direct offer.

thats why i direct this thread to non-bumis.

anyway SMU is a more spedific uni in SG focusing more on law and business.

Hence why OP say non-bumi 4 flats should take note. A class bumi has ggovernment support so they don't need this. B class bumi will just end up in some shitty self-recognizing top uni in Malaysia so no problems there

it's not easy to get scholarship nowadays, with competition from students from china, vietnam etc.
