I've installed BitComet and Utorrent on my computer but after running them my internet speed will become very slow, almost to a standstill.

Weird i never encounter such problems b4 prior reformating my computer. I can even surf smoothly with multiple browsers on while bitcomet reaches 100-200kb dl/sec.
I wonder whats wrong? It cant be that slow, can it? I know nothing bout bandwidth  |
