Hi guys,

I was just wondering, how do you guys connect your console's audio output to your computer speakers??

The reason i am asking is that I am getting a Dell 24" LCD Monitor and would like to connect my PS2 to it but how do i connect the sound?

thanks

depend on the speaker it self
does it use a rca jack or better yet have optical input
then there should be no proble cause

first
rca support means directly connect the speaker with the supplied wire of ps2

second
optical input cables is easy to find
so look for it in hardware/electrical shops

if your speakers have a pidly 3.5mm jack
then you have to find a converter for rca to 3.5mm
that sir i really dono where got.

wham
bam
thank you ma'am

the black port is for center speaker, the 2 red and white ports are for left and right speakers....

the one that looks like S-video is for the volume control...the knob is for adjusting the bass

the green, black and orange 3.5mm ports are connected to the soundcard.....

means it doesnt have input??

P.S. i googled this pic...will take a clearer 1 when i get home....

this is an adapter comes with the xbox 360 VGA Cable (original)

as you can see it converts the stereo output to become Headphone 3.5mm jack.

if you don't have you can try to look for this

user posted image

A long Cable with Stereo (Male) to Headphone 3.5mm JAck

you also need this if you don't have a "(Female Socket)"

user posted image

you can get all this under RM 15. smile.gif
