so, SATA 1 motherboard can support SATA II hdd ka?

sure.... thumbup.gif most of HDD manufacturer oledi start reduce to produce SATA I HDD, coz SATA II can support backward smile.gif

are you comfirm Western Digital 2500KS is SATA II hdd? because I dont find any SATA 2 product in WD website.

Hi fren, u can hav a look at the picture in my thread. That is exactly the HDD i am selling, with SATA II written on it... The data transfer rate is up to 300Mb/s, so it is SATA II.... SATA I only tranfers up to 150Mb/s.
