Now u continue pray property go burble, IMO this is not going to happen in Malaysia as long as we are still a peaceful country and our house are remain the cheapest in SEA region.

go check other country house baru cakap when gonna burble lol

Now is property price, wait next rental will go sky high when there is enough people rent house. it is just a matter of time that everyone poor will move back to ulu area.

i tot that only appears when you default loans? if service properly will have all 0 0 0 0 0 which means no default and means good paymaster?

last time also got CCRIS but not sure what data is there.. anyway above data doesnt give the whole picture whether the fella got money or not rite? just loan/credit and exposure information.

yup, but hor, if the bank can see your loan amounting to 1.8k already, when u only earning 2.5k... the bank still approve ke? maybe last time easier la, i rmber my mum tel me can speak to bank manager, bank manager approve then can already. but if total loan > salary also no problem meh?

if loan mthly 10k and salary 10k kennot la.. but maybe 3k mthly loan and salary 5k, still can kua.. if recall last time, if you borrow 70% instead of 90% much easier.. cos if you got cash 30% to top up loan , you sure got money.. biggrin.gif

Pretty much, yeah.. Or he can "flip" houses.. which is the worse (or most profiting, if u on that side) in prop inv..

The rental is paying the loan, if the economy keeps up, soon he be owning those houses/apartment/condo/flats in no time with still rental money coming in.

oh after finish this thread, i remember that house rental is an income. need to declare as income tax. thus. bank can offer loan based on his income and rental yield
