I suggest TS paste the tips/tricks for this modem from previous threads.

It'll be good to have:

1 - Support modem list.
2 - Website for firmware update.
3 - Guide for installing openwrt on this router.

I'm trying to flash my MR3420 with openwrt to be used with my E367.
Succeeded flashing my router but still having problem to install 3G dongle.

Anybody know what packages should I install or should I just install all packages listed at openwrt 3g dongle recipe site?

I believe some of us here has succesfully flash their MR3420 with openwrt.
Why don't we post it here and have TS put it on first post.

We can also include Internet Connection Sharing howto to make updating opkg easier.

manage to get the commane..here's the command

It's under System > Scheduled Task.

Example command:
* * * * * /bin/ping -q -s 1 -c 60 8.8.8.8 & > /dev/null

That command will ping Google DNS 60 times every minute.

reboot and enjoy thumbup.gif
