It has been announced in this year's 36th / 37th issue of Young Magazine that musical duo m.o.v.e will be singing for the recently confirmed new Initial D anime adaptation. Title is yet to be revealed.

m.o.v.e previously lend their songs in the past Initial D anime series including “Around the World”, “Rage your Dream”, “Break In2 the Nite”, “Blazin' Beat”, “Gamble Rumble”, “Dogfight”, “Blast My Desire”, “Nobody Reason” and “Noizy Tribe.” The group also sung for Ikki Tousen, Final Fantasy Unlimited, and Dynasty Warriors 2.

Initial D follows follows Takumi Fujiwara, an eighteen year old who helps his father run a tofu shop by making deliveries every morning to Akina with his father's Toyota Sprinter Trueno GT-APEX (AE86), who races in the world of illegal Japanese street racing.
