What is the average psf?

942 to 1672 , 60% on 942 and the rest is 999, 1021, 1124 , 1674 . Unknown for units with garden and penthouse.

yeah, we all very pantang with cemetery too. Well, it's an old cemetery. Condo AKA Service Apartment within my budget. Imagine price from rm290psft, near to future MRT and freehold.

If without Cemetery next to it, definitely BBB and price starting from 420 - 450 psft for new launch.

Oo..Mine is open door (balcony) see highway. Open door to see cemetery is very difficult.
