i m using combo 60 and my speed is 380kps(Dl) and 460kps(UL) tested by Network Magic Program. Anyone can share the idea with me why the UL speed is faster than DL speed.

I'm also using 1 mbp/s package. Is it wrongly capped or is it a normal only to get half?

@Irzani,
try to check ur downstream in ur modem configuration.
the downstream will show u the exact speed that TM gave to u.

Just check the modem :

Downstream 1024 Upstream 512

Is this 1 mbp/s package? or it should be 1.5 mbp/s for downstream?

is this consider a bad connection?
how to overcome this problem?
Last time Tmnet had miscaped my connection to 512 per month. And after tons of complaint, they only move it back up, with no refunds at all.
