I need advise. My modem cant connect to streamyx bb. I can login to the main setting page. But with correct username and password, i cant connect to streamyx bb. I tried on a diff modem, it is ok. Do advise.

planning to buy aztech 605EW....newer firmware stil suffer from the restart problem?? i read tht it got G++ speed can reach 125mbps...sure ornt??

hai, this morning me upgrage firmware from build 019 to build 021 but after finish, the power LED turn red all the time not just for few second when on the modem.. can someone help me.. need solution as soon as posible

I just bought DSL 605E
I cant connect internet after configured router web to PPPoE from Brigde connection and etc...
The router DSL light suddenly off and the default gateway is gone
Now i cant open router web setup and Local Area Connection
showing "Limited or No Connectivity"
I tried reinstall mainboard LAN driver but no effect.
The CD along with router set only hv manual not included any driver, do i the only one no hv driver or 605E no need driver
I cant find firmware of 605E in my PC also, maybe it at somewhere else i dont know?
Please help me, 1 week ago in this situation, even it's ISP problem also nope so long

I can't setup wireless connection for my wife's macbook. It keeps saying connection timeout.
The modem that I'm using is Aztech DSL605EW. For encryptions I've tried all WEP 64/128/256, WPA/WPA2 but still the same.
I tnk it's not my modem problem because my laptop can connect to the wireless.
And I tnk it's not the macbook's problem because it can connect to other wireless connections.

So I wonder if my modem wireless settings are not compatible with Macbook?
Please advise ~ Thank you !!!

Just log into your router and check under STATUS - DHCP Client. If you see a Mac address or computer name that doesn't belong to your computer then you know you have a stranger connected to your router !

Using Aztech 605ER 4-port.
I got problems ! Im using vista home premium ori.

Bros/Pros pls help.

1. I cannot login modem page, 192.168.1.1. I can login only if i shutdown and on it back. Same thing applies to MSN/WLM. After i while i login the modem page/WLM it will disconnect and cant login anymore. Internet still connected though. (streamyx is 2mbps shared by 3ppl)

2. I got very slow connection, both surf and downloading. A LYN page take around 30-40secs to load. Last time by using Thunder I can reach at least 100kb/s, now only max 15kb/s. (before this using dlink modem router) (assume im only 1 using the line)

3. I discovered my housemate got no problem with WLM and downloading. His cable is shortest/nearest to the modem. Another housemate(2nd nearest) downloading seems okay, but I saw him cant connect to WLM. (my cable is 12m)

4. I had checked the QOS and done port forwarding. Nothing wrong with it. Tried using dynamic and static ip. Tried reset the modem. Tried surf and download when they are not using. It is still slow even im the only one using and the problems still there.

5. Pls help, this is frustrating and sad.

^ yup. im having problem of unable to get the page modem gui, 192.168.1.1 , only if i on/off modem, then i can get into the page. else, page cannot be displayed.. if anyone know the solution do share

i got the same prob like u @streamline ..

thought i want to change to the so called dd-wrt router ..
but thinking that i still need a modem to use it i hold it for a while ..
my aztech is so old edy i guess ...
