 E-Filling about dividen

hey guys,

I need to fill in e-filling.
I using hlebroking.I just search around dividen paid out from 1 jan 2011 until 1 dec 2011.
just want to ask there is Credit Dt&Lodge Dt. some is lodge date is dec 2010 but credit date is 2011.

If i want declare the dividen in e-filling, i use lodge date or credit date?
Is it from 1 jan 2011 until 1 dec 2011.??

You always use the credit date, aka when the dividend being paid for you time.

no need to declare REITS dividend and dividend paid under single-tier but you have to keep the voucher for 7 years just in case IRB stomps on your door.

Cherroy was referring to franked dividend also known as 2-tier which is subject tax credit. you have to declare that kind of dividend. credit date in e-filing means date of payment. the date you received the money. you should have received your dividend the same day as it's paid if you're using e-dividend.

depends..
if ur taxable income falls below 25% tax bracket, will get it back.. just a matter of how much u;ll get back.

i got back all the taxed divvies..

yes, if its has tax(not single tier dividend) , else need to fill in dividend column in income

Up to assessment year 2008, have to submit dividend voucher. But from assessment year 2009 onwards, submit only HK3 with BE or B form.

Correct me if I'm wrong.
