You see.. the speed can change but not the margin, I get a fewer disconnections during the day, but in the night, duh.. lots of time. If the problem is my phone line.. can it be repaired ?

i think ushd direct go clickerz and ask them to send some technician over ur hse to troubleshoot the line whistling.gif

Yeah. the SNR Margin is quite low lately, I think since last week. Mine currently around 8.5, been disconnected every hour.

Last time was around 20+, can last few days without dc.

Yes, definetly do this. Also, make sure you tell them that there is alot of attenuation on your line, and you get disconnected alot.

lol, in my office the SNR margin is around 5.5 to 5.7....Line Attenuation: 60 to 63.9 ...but thank god it is still ok, not that it disconnect every time...just once in 2 or 3 weeks........

I called 1300 they refer me to 100, called 100 told my problem, they say okok. They didn't said they will open a report or make appointment to troubleshoot the line..

So am i missing something? Shouldn't they make appointment with me to check my phone line problem?

go to tmpoint(i go to kelana jaya 1) then tell them ur line problem..they will make the appointment for u with tmnut technician~..then they will print 1 receipt for u to keep for reference...then just wait them to call u~
