@gsan,

What your modem modulation setting currently in use ?. If set to auto or multi-mode..have you try to change to G.DMT...?.

Oic. I've made a complain to TMnet last night regarding slow and unstable connection. I keep on losing the connection around every 5 mins. Today, they sent the technicians to my house while I'm away to work, without notifying us that they were coming. According to my younger sister who was at home that time, they came in, tested the house phone and said that it's the phone that cause the problem. Does it make any sense?

Update: Still facing the same problem even with the phone unplugged sad.gif

Whoa, I think your problem only happen if someone uses the phone?
What happened if you do straight connection to the wall socket?

It's still the same. I said about the phone problem right? It's actually a wireless one, not the conventional house phone that provided by TM. I unplugged it from the socket and tested Streamyx until now, no connection lost so far. I guess that's the culprit afterall hmm.gif
